Advantage Plus FAQs
Who can participate in the TCL Advantage Plus?
The program is open to all Travel Creations Ltd clients. Members must be above 18 years.
How does one become a member?
To become a member, you must have booked with us at least once so as to get a client code. Client code is required during registration which is done on our website.
How much will it cost me?
Membership is absolutely free.
How long do I have to wait for the confirmation of my registration?
A confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hours.
Why are you requesting for a client profile?
Personal information will only be used in relation to awarding and redeeming your points.
How do I earn points?
Once registered as a member of TCL Advantage Plus, you start accumulating bonus points on every booking made either online or directly with us. The more bookings you secure with us, the more points you get and the BIGGER the rewards.
When will my points be credited to my account?
You earn points every time you utilize our services and they will be credited to your TCL advantage plus account during redeeming period. Please note that refunded or canceled trips will not be eligible to earn points.
Do my Loyalty Rewards Points expire?
No. Accumulated points will not expire and can be accrued as long as you participate in the program.
Can I earn points for past bookings that I made before membership?
No. Points will be credited for past purchases. You only start accruing points from the date of membership.
Can a member earn points on bills settled by the Company?
No. TCL Advantage Plus caters for direct paying registered clients; however, if registered as a company, the points will be forwarded to your corporate account.
Can members access reports of their points’ transactions?
Yes. Members can access their statements of point balances, points redeemed, donated and any other relevant matter.
What do I do if I notice a discrepancy with my points?
Any discrepancy issues should be sent to advantage-plus@travelcreations.co.ke. Confirmation of receipt will be sent within 48 hours and matters will be resolved within a maximum period of 5 business days with the purpose of identifying areas of improvement, identifying dissatisfaction with our customers and making recommendations.
Can one terminate membership?
Yes. Members may terminate their membership by sending a written notice to: advantage-plus@travelcreations.co.ke. A Member will receive a notice of termination to redeem or donate his or her loyalty points.
Can loyalty points be redeemed for cash?
No. Loyalty points are not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit and have no value until presented for redemption in accordance with the TCL advantage plus terms and conditions.
Are points earned transferable?
No. A member cannot transfer his/her points to another person.
Can points be combined?
No. Every member will only utilize what they have accumulated on their account.
